Richard Toda has served as the Artistic Coordinator for the Los Angeles Young Dancer Summer Workshops and the Young Dancer Summer Program of Dance Bermuda. Toda is an ABT® Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Primary through Level 7 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum. He coordinates the middle and high School dance studios for the Summer Arts Institute, a free summer arts program for the New York City Department of Education. He also served on the ballet faculty at The Ailey School and Steps and as a teaching artist for the New York City Ballet and Jacque D’Amboise’ National Dance Institute. Toda’s association with ABT began as a rehearsal assistant for choreographer Agnes de Mille on her last two ballets: The Other and Tally Ho.
