2/27/2012 - American Ballet Theatre will appear at the famed Hollywood Bowl, September 7 and 8, 2012, as part of the Los Angeles Philharmonic’s Tchaikovsky Spectacular with Fireworks. The program will feature ABT dancers performing pas de deux from Swan Lake and The Nutcracker, accompanied by the Los Angeles Philharmonic.
The Hollywood Bowl, one of the most renowned cultural venues in the world, has been the summer home of the Los Angeles Philharmonic since 1922. Conductor Bramwell Tovey will lead the Tchaikovsky Spectacular, the LA Phil’s annual concert featuring the composer’s most beloved ballets.
Tickets for the Tchaikovsky Spectacular with Fireworks, September 7 and 8, 2012 at 8:00pm, are currently available by subscription only. Single tickets will be available for purchase beginning May 5, 2012. The Hollywood Bowl is located at 2301 North Highland Avenue in Hollywood, California.
