American Ballet Theatre is committed to presenting and preserving
the great masterpieces of classical ballet, as well as nurturing and
celebrating the modern masters, thereby ensuring a healthy dance legacy
for future generations. Now ABT supporters can help maintain that
vital legacy as members of the Lucia Chase Society when they include
ABT in their estate plans.
Named for American Ballet Theatre Founding Director Lucia Chase, whose
40 year service to the Company helped establish ABT as the respeced
and acclaimed institution it is today, the Lucia Chase Society helps
guarantee ABT will continue to remain a worldwide leader in dance
of the highest caliber. By including ABT in their wills or estate
plans, Lucia Chase Society members make a lasting contribution to
the cultural health of the company, our community, and the nation
at large.
In addition, there are tangible benefits to joining the Lucia Chase
Society, as well. Planned gifts and estate donations to American Ballet
Theatre may help Society members manage tax liabilities while providing
an important source of support for ABT. A provision in a member's
will or estate plan will help to provide the long-term resources necessary
to sustain American Ballet Theatre for generations to come.
