Jillian Lewis is a high-end fashion and costume designer based in New York City. Her designs draw from a variety of eclectic references to express her artistic perspective of fashion. Her pieces have a sculptural, body conscious quality that exhibit strength, softness, and femininity all at once. Born and raised in New York, Lewis graduated from Parsons School of Design with a CFDA scholarship. She has been working in the fashion industry for almost two decades, most notably as Director of Design at Ralph Lauren, Senior Design Contributor at Anthropologie, and Creative Director of her namesake line.

Lewis’s designs first received attention from her appearance on bravo’s fourth season of Project Runway. Her collection made it to the final three and walked the runway in Bryant Park. After Project Runway, she launched the Jillian Lewis collection and proceeded to show collections each season with multiple corporate sponsors. She acquired 20 retail accounts and gained notoriety through editorial placements and celebrity dressing. She is currently doing project-based design work for the fashion industry. Her expertise covers the full spectrum: everything from bridal design to racy stretch leather and suede to luxury knitwear to utilitarian uniforms.
