As a Company, American Ballet Theatre’s most important assets are its dancers.

Dancer Sponsorships provide critical support for Company dancers, and the next generation of world-class dancers in ABT’s Apprentice Program, ABT Studio Company, and the ABT Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School.

Sponsors are recognized in Playbill and on ABT’s website.
Five levels of sponsorship are available, and each dancer may be sponsored by up to three sponsors:

Professional Dancer Sponsorships
Principal Dancer Sponsor – $35,000 annually
Soloist Sponsor – $25,000 annually
Corps de Ballet Sponsor – $15,000 annually

Pre-Professional Dancer Sponsorships
ABT Apprentice Sponsor – $12,500 annually
ABT Studio Company Dancer Sponsor – $12,500 annually

In 2004, ABT established the ABT Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School to provide the highest quality ballet training for the next generation of dancers and to provide a pipeline of talent for the Company. There are many ways to support ABT’s Training and Community Programs and each assures ABT’s future as the leading exemplar of classical dance in America.

Scholarships for Pre-Professional Division students ensure the artistic development of young dancers of exceptional potential. Donors to the Scholarship Fund are listed in all ABT Playbills and receive prominent recognition at ABT JKO School performances.

Pre-Professional Division (Dancers ages 12-17):

Upper Levels 2 & 3 – $10,000

Upper Level 1 – $8,000
