Fall Gala

Fall Gala

Join us on October 17, 2018 for ABT’s Fall Gala as we celebrate a program dedicated entirely to female choreographers. The black-tie Gala, which includes a World Premiere by MacArthur Fellow and award-winning choreographer, Michelle Dorrance; Le Jeune by New York City Ballet Principal Dancer Lauren Lovette, performed by the ABT Studio Company; and In The Upper Room by the legendary Twyla Tharp, will be followed by dinner and dancing on the Promenade of the David H. Koch Theater.

This year’s Gala celebrates the ABT Women’s Movement, a commitment to engaging at least three women choreographers to create works for ABT over the next several years and honors philanthropist and ABT Trustee and Education Chair, Sarah Arison, with the Melville Strauss Leadership Award in recognition of her dedication, service, and generosity to ABT and the arts community.
