Michael Smuin
Biography
Michael Smuin, who was the Director of the San Francisco Ballet from 1973 until 1985, was both a Principal Dancer and Resident Choreographer of American Ballet Theatre. He has choreographed for ballet companies including: Dance Theatre of Harlem; Washington Ballet; Pacific Northwest Ballet; Ballet West; Milwaukee Ballet; BalletMet; Hartford Ballet; and Ballet Florida. His credits also include choreography for Broadway, television, and film.
