ABT to Appear at
TED2012 Conference: "Full Spectrum"

American Ballet Theatre dancers Maria Riccetto and Blaine Hoven will be among the guests of the speakers program at the TED2012 Conference: “Full Spectrum,” a four-day stage program of talks, music, comedy, video and dance. Riccetto and Hoven are scheduled to perform the “Junk” pas de deux from Twyla Tharp’s Known by Heart as part of conference’s Designer’s Studio program curated and hosted by Chee Pearlman and David Rockwell.

TED, the non-profit organization devoted to “ideas worth spreading,” invites the world’s leading thinkers to participate in over 50 talks to be held at the organization’s flagship conference, February 27 through March 2, 2012 in Long Beach, California. 1,350 people from over 40 countries are expected to attend the sold-out TED2012 Conference. The annual TED Conference, initiated 25 years ago, takes place each spring in Long Beach, California, along with the TEDActive simulcast in Palm Springs.
