The John F. Kennedy Center for the matinee performance of The Nutcracker on Saturday, December 22, 2007. The afternoonƒÅ‚Ç¨‚Ñ¢s events will include a pre-performance workshop followed by lunch at The Kennedy Center, as well as a post-performance on-stage meet-and-greet with the dancers of American Ballet Theatre.

ƒÅ‚Ç¨¬úAmerican Ballet Theatre is honored to bring the holiday spirit to the families of the men and women who have dedicated their lives to serving this country,ƒÅ‚Ç¨¬Ø said Executive Director Rachel Moore.
ABTƒÅ‚Ç¨‚Ñ¢s pre-performance workshops are hour-long workshops tailored to introduce children to explore the ballets they will be watching on stage. ABT teaching artists introduce the basics of character study and creative movement through various activities.
