JACQUELINE KENNEDY ONASSIS SCHOOL
AT AMERICAN BALLET THEATRE
PRESENTS YEAR-END PERFORMANCE
at THE GERALD W. LYNCH THEATER,
JOHN JAY COLLEGE,
SUNDAY, APRIL 5 at 2 P.M. & 7:30 P.M.

The Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School will showcase the talents of its students in their year-end performance on Sunday, April 5, 2009 at 2:00 P.M and 7:30 P.M at The Gerald W. Lynch Theater at John Jay College. The program will include the pas de deux from Vasily Vainonen’s Flames of Paris and excerpts from La Bayadère, as well as new choreography from JKO School Principal Franco De Vita, ABT Artistic Associate Raymond Lukens and Jessica Lang.

The Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School at American Ballet Theatre, established in January 2004, is a pre-professional classical ballet program currently training students aged
12-18 at the Company’s 890 Broadway rehearsal studios. Directed by Franco De Vita, the School includes a curriculum of classical technique, pointe, pas de deux, character, modern technique and Pilates. Faculty includes members of ABT’s Artistic Staff, ABT alumni and prominent teachers.

Northern Trust is the Official Sponsor of the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School at American Ballet Theatre. This program is supported, in part, by funding from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs.
