Evan C. Anderson

Biography

Evan C. Anderson is a lighting designer and composer for theatre, dance, and film. His lighting work has been seen across the United States and internationally in Europe and Asia. Frequent collaborators include The Wooster Group, zoe | juniper, and Paul Budraitis. He is a company member of CabinFever, a Burry Fredrik Design Fellow, and a graduate of Yale School of Drama.

Before moving to the East Coast, Anderson was an active member of the Seattle music community and regularly performed with Heavy Petting, Livingston Seagull, Leatherdaddy, Merso, and Marvelous Good Fortune, and was a member of the rotating cast of Mike Sparks’s project Noonmoon. He continues to release music under his own name and composes music for theatre and dance.

Anderson is a member of United Scenic Artists Local 829.
