Sooha Park was born in Suwon, South Korea, and began studying ballet at the age of eight. By age ten she decided to fully dedicate herself to ballet, training under coach Joomi Hyun. Park graduated from Sun-hwa Arts Middle School and completed her studies at Sun-hwa Arts High School. During this time, she was a member of the Junior Company of Universal Ballet. Park was a Finalist at the Prix de Lausanne in 2023 and was offered a scholarship to the American Ballet Theatre Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School.

Park performed as a Trainee with ABT Studio Company on their 2024 Spring tour and became a member of ABT Studio Company in September 2024. With ABT Studio Company, she created a role in Brady Farrar’s Cerulean Skies and performed in new works by James Whiteside, Houston Thomas, and Amy Hall Garner. Her repertoire also included Grand Pas Classique, Interplay, Tarantella, the Rose Adagio from The Sleeping Beauty, and pas de deux from Don Quixote, Swan Lake, La Bayadère, and Birthday Variations. She performed in Alexei Ratmansky’s The Nutcracker with ABT’s main Company from 2023-2025.

Park joined American Ballet Theatre as an apprentice in May 2026.
