The 2025 Holiday Benefit, held on December 15 at the iconic Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, presented the Melville Straus Leadership Achievement Award to Stewart R. Smith, a Trustee of American Ballet Theatre and a leader whose generosity and commitment have strengthened not only ABT, but the broader arts and education community in Southern California and beyond.
Guests celebrated the season with an enchanted evening that featured an intimate performance by ABT’s acclaimed dancers. The program included highlights from beloved classics and contemporary works, including excerpts from The Nutcracker and The Sleeping Beauty, followed by dinner and dessert with the artists.
