Léa Fleytoux

Born in Vietnam and raised in France, Léa Fleytoux began her ballet training in Paris with Nicole Chouret. She continued her studies at the Conservatoire Municipal Camille Saint-Saëns, École Nationale de Danse de Marseille, and the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris.

In 2016, Fleytoux was selected to the Prix de Lausanne and received a scholarship to the ABT Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School. She joined ABT Studio Company in January 2017, became an apprentice with the main Company in December 2018, and joined the corps de ballet in June 2019. She was promoted to Soloist in September 2024.

Her repertoire includes Kitri (Act III) and Amour in Don Quixote, Firebird in Alexei Ratmansky’s Firebird, French Ballerina in Gala Performance, the peasant pas de deux and Zulma in Giselle, a Shade in The Kingdom of the Shades, Chencha in Like Water for Chocolate, Clara, the Princess, one of the Nutcracker’s Sisters, and the Chinese Dance in Ratmansky’s The Nutcracker, Olga in Onegin, Bianca in Othello: A Dance in Three Acts, Rhapsody pas de deux, Princess Florine in Susan Jaffe’s The Sleeping Beauty, Act III, the pas de trois, a little swan, and the Hungarian Princess in Swan Lake, a Goat in Sylvia, Perdita and Lead Shepherdess in The Winter’s Tale, Young Clarissa in Woolf Works, leading roles in La Boutique and Les Sylphides, and featured roles in Bach Partita, In the Upper Room, Mercurial Son, Push Comes to Shove, Raymonda: Grand Pas Hongrois, and Songs of Bukovina. She created a featured role in Collage & Creed.
