Group sales pricing is offered on purchases of 15 tickets or more for the same performance in the same section.
No. You must purchase group tickets through our Group Sales liaisons at groupsales@abt.org or by phone at 212-253-5953.
Groups of 15 or more can save up to 30% off. Group discounts vary based on performance and location. Please check our group sales page for pricing for each performance and section.
Service and Set Restoration fees are waived for Group Sales.
Payment is due in full 30 days prior to the selected performance date. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time the order is placed and the balance must be paid by 30 days prior to the selected performance date. If payment is not received by 30 days prior to the performance, your tickets will be released for general sale to the public.
You can make adjustments to your Group Sales order up until the final payment, 30 days prior to the performance date. If changes result in the order falling below 15 tickets, Group Sales pricing will be replaced with current Full Price Single Ticket pricing.
Group Sales orders only require a choice of seating zone. We will try our best to accommodate specific seat requests, pending availability, but cannot guarantee requests will be fulfilled. Large Groups may need to be seated in two or more blocks of seats.
The Metropolitan Opera House has several options to accommodate patrons with special needs. Please include all special needs requests with your order so we can accommodate appropriately.
Once the final payment has been made on your order, we can either mailed your tickets directly to you or hold them at the Box Office for pick up. Please indicate your preference when placing your order.
